ESA offers threading of the most polular materials including Intermediate Metallic Conduit (IMC), Galvanized
Rigid Conduit (GRC), PVC Coated GRC (OCAL, ROB ROY, PERMA COAT),
Aluminum Rigid Conduit, Brass Conduit, and schedule 40 black pipe. We thread diameters from 3/8” to 6”. We cut thread lengths to any specification, from factory threads to
running thread. We utilize NPT industrial dies for precision in all of our
threading work. ESA cuts nipples in any length including oversized lengths longer than ten feet which, in some cases, eliminates the need for a coupling in the field. We
operate ten fully tooled threading machines to meet most specifications and assure rapid
turn around.
