Electrical Services of Arizona is committed to being the most versatile electrical fabrication shop in the industry. We accomplish this by having a "can do attitude" in all aspects of our business with a goal of providing support and services for all of our clients. We believe that both our service and quality will forever change the face of the electrical business.

To accomplish the company's mission, the owners, management, and employees of Electrical Services of Arizona hold the following values as a standard in relationships with our clients and fellow employees:

Integrity- Integrity is the foundation of who we are as a company and is the fabric that ties all of the other values together. We display this in our words and actions by telling the truth, keeping promises, fulfilling expectations, and keeping everyone's interests in mind. Our reputation as individuals and as a company depends greatly on the level of integrity we uphold.  

Excellence- Excellence means being a leader in our industry and community. We strive for greatness in exceeding expectations in all that we undertake. Using innovative approaches, we are always working to have the ability and desire to perform at a superior level in all areas of our business.

Craftsmanship- The quality of our service and end product are the direct result of the pride that we take in our work. Every member's effort strives toward client satisfaction, execution of all tasks, and a high quality end result.

Accountability- All employees of the company must be diligent in every aspect of their assignment. This requires a level of commitment from everyone, in that each is expected to take ownership of their responsibilities and be accountable for their actions and decisions.

Communication- Positive communication and effective listening are both essential to produce a quality product and result for all those involved. We will strive for effective communication as it is an important skill in all areas of business and in life.
